Your Role with Keystone Automotive Operations

Keystone Automotive Operations, Inc. is currently looking to hire a Warehouse Associate for our Exeter, PA location!

Shift - Mon-Fri (7AM-3:30PM)

Hourly Rate: $18.00

Perks: $1,000 sign-on bonus!! (Paid out as $500 after 6 months & $500 after 12 months of continuous employment as a full-time employee)!

Our warehouse associates perform warehouse activities including parts pulling, staging, and loading/stocking of trucks.

Responsibilities Include

• Receiving, pulling, scanning, packaging, staging, and loading products (tasks vary by assignment)
• Receiving and storing inbound products in designated locations
• Pulling correct products from storage and delivering to staging areas
• Sorting and staging products accurately in designated areas
• Stacking, wrapping, and loading products into trailers or trucks

Operating Equipment

Operating manual and powered equipment to transport parts within the warehouse. Prior experience with equipment like order pickers, forklifts, pallet jacks, pull carts, or ladders is a plus.

• Maintaining cleanliness and order in work areas
• Following company policies and procedures
• Effective communication with team members and management
• Performing additional duties as assigned

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older
• Ability to lift up to 75 lbs
• Strong attention to detail
• Ability to stand for long periods
• Ability to sit, walk, push, pull, bend, and climb, including ladders and stairs
• Comfortable working at heights up to 30 feet

Work Environment

• Position requires standing for extended periods
• Facilities are not climate-controlled; tolerate high and low temperatures
