Keystone Automotive Operations, Inc. is hiring a dependable Warehouse Associate – Receiving for our Exeter, PA distribution center. This role focuses on receiving, checking, and placing incoming products in correct locations.

You will operate pallet jacks, forklifts, and other warehouse equipment; training provided. The schedule is Monday to Friday, 7:00 a.m. to 3:30 p.m., with a $18.00/hour wage and a $1,000 retention bonus.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old
• Dependable attendance and punctuality
• Strong attention to detail in a fast-paced environment
• Able to perform physical warehouse work
• Forklift or powered industrial truck experience preferred, but not required

Responsibilities

• Unload inbound trucks and receive shipments safely and efficiently
• Scan, inspect, and verify incoming parts and quantities for accuracy
• Stock inventory in designated warehouse locations
• Stack, wrap, stage, and move products throughout the facility
• Operate pallet jacks, forklifts, order pickers, and other warehouse equipment; training provided as needed
• Communicate clearly with peers and supervisors to keep receiving workflows moving efficiently
• Maintain a clean, safe work area and perform other warehouse tasks as needed

About the Role

What Were Looking For

• At least 18 years of age
• Dependable attendance, punctuality, and a strong work ethic
• Strong attention to detail in a fast-paced, accuracy-driven environment
• Ability to remain active throughout the shift and perform physical warehouse work
• Forklift or other powered industrial truck experience preferred, but not required

Work Environment

• Frequent standing, walking, bending, lifting, and ladder use throughout the shift
• Ability to consistently lift products weighing up to 75 pounds
• Ability to work safely at heights up to 30 feet
• Non-climate-controlled warehouse environment with temperatures that vary by season
