Overview

Warehouse Associate RebuilderMonday - Friday 7:30am - 4:00pm

The Associate Rebuilder plays an important role in the Refurbishment Department. It will assist in the rebuilding and

certification of laundry and air equipment. This entry-level position provides hands-on experience in mechanical repair,

quality control, and logistics, ensuring that refurbished machines meet company standards before being deployed. This

role is ideal for individuals who enjoy working with their hands, have a strong attention to detail, and are eager to grow

within a technical or mechanical career path.

  • Support Rebuild Operations: Assist Rebuilders in the disassembly, inspection, repair, and reassembly of laundry and air equipment.
  • Parts & Inventory Management: Retrieve, organize, and track parts from the refurb area to support efficient workflow.
  • Equipment Preparation: Clean and condition laundry and air machines to ensure quality and readiness for rebuild.
  • Quality Control: Conduct final inspections using the internal QC app to verify compliance with company standards.
  • Logistics & Shipping: Wrap, palletize, stack, and band machines, documenting shipping details per CSC standards.
  • Safety & Organization: Maintain a clean and organized workspace, ensuring adherence to safety procedures and proper use of tools.
  • Other duties assigned by the Rebuilding Manager.

What we’re looking for

  • Must be 18+ years of age
  • Valid driver's license
  • Ability to pass pre-employment screening
  • 0-3 years in technical, mechanical, or warehouse roles preferred.

  • Experience in mechanical repair, warehouse logistics, or equipment maintenance is a plus.

  • Familiarity with liquid propane and natural gas is beneficial.

  • Attention to detail for quality control.
  • Ability to read and follow safety/maintenance procedures.
  • Strong teamwork and communication skills.
  • Physical stamina for warehouse tasks.
  • Willingness to obtain forklift certification.
  • Experience with hand and power tools.

  • Ability to use warehouse equipment (pallet jacks, hand dollies).

  • Forklift certification preferred or willingness to obtain.

  • Basic plumbing/electrical knowledge is a plus.

  • Lift/carry up to 100 lbs.

  • Frequent standing, kneeling, and overhead reaching.

  • Maneuver heavy equipment in confined spaces.

  • Work in varying environmental conditions.
