Job Opening: Warehouse Associate

Contract to Hire

Pay Rate: $21/hr

Shift: Monday-Friday, 8 am - 4:30 pm

Duties and Responsibilities:

1. Receive incoming packages, log, and distribute accordingly.
2. Verify goods received, match receiving paperwork for raw materials.
3. Maintain cleanliness of the warehouse.
4. Process returns accurately.
5. Perform daily putaway of finished goods.
6. Conduct routine cycle counts with accurate inventory records.
7. Stage production batches and manage raw materials using FIFO.
8. Assist drivers with loading/unloading freight and orders.
9. Resolve warehouse and inventory issues.
10. Assist with outbound order preparation, including picking, relabeling, wrapping, and staging.
11. Operate reach trucks safely and ensure they are in working order.

Qualifications:

• High School/Trade School/Vocational Diploma, GED, or equivalent.
• 3+ years relevant experience; manufacturing experience is a plus.
• Ability to operate forklifts, reach trucks, and other warehouse equipment.
• Basic computer skills; experience with Google applications preferred.
• Ability to lift 40+ lbs.
• Good interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal.
