Lehigh Valley Airline Services provides airline ground handling services. Responsibilities for Airline Services Baggage Handlers / Ramp Agents include a broad range of aircraft services.

Major Responsibilities

• Aircraft towing, marshalling, lavatory and potable water servicing, aircraft de-icing.
• Interior cleaning, security searches, stocking supplies.
• Handling luggage, including special care items.
• Operating and maintaining heavy equipment like baggage tractors, belt loaders, push-back tugs, deicing, and commissary trucks.
• Ensuring ramp safety and cleanliness, including FOD removal.
• General housekeeping and snow removal.
• Collaborating with other departments for on-time performance.
• Following all airline, TSA, FAA regulations, and company policies while maintaining safety and security.
• Communicating professionally via radio and managing calls.
• Assisting customers with luggage and wheelchair requests.
• Availability to work varied hours, including nights, weekends, holidays, and irregular operations.
• Additional duties as assigned.

Minimum Qualifications

• At least 18 years old with a valid driver’s license.
