Empire Scale Corporation is seeking a motivated Warehouse Associate to support warehouse operations and logistics. You will receive, inspect, store inventory, pick/pack orders, and coordinate with carriers to ensure timely shipments.

The role emphasizes attention to detail, ability to work in a fast-paced environment, and safe handling of inventory. Part-time schedule averages ~20 hours per week, with background checks and drug screening as required.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Must be very detailed oriented.
• Prior warehouse, shipping, or logistics experience preferred but not required.
• Familiarity with shipping a variety of products, including hazardous materials (hazmat) is strongly preferred.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
• Proven organizational skills with a high level of attention to detail.
• Ability to safely lift, push, and pull 30+ pounds regularly without accommodation.
• Comfortable using computers and warehouse-related software systems.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
• Must successfully pass a pre-employment background check and drug screening.

Responsibilities

• Receive, inspect, and store incoming inventory accurately and efficiently
• Pick, pack, and prepare customer orders for shipment
• Manage the movement of customer-owned assets in and out of the facility
• Coordinate shipments with carriers including UPS, FedEx, local couriers, and LTL providers
• Ensure timely and cost-effective shipping solutions
• Maintain accurate inventory records across company facilities
• Communicate with customers and suppliers regarding shipping and receiving matters
• Uphold a clean, safe, and organized warehouse environment
• Represent Empire Scale Corp. professionally in all interactions

The Warehouse Associate is responsible for supporting all aspects of warehouse operations and logistics. This role ensures the accurate handling, storage, and distribution of inventory, while coordinating with carriers and maintaining strong relationships with customers and suppliers.

Salary range is $18 - $22 p/h based on experience.

Part-time, on average 20 hours per week
