Job summary

EmpireEMCO is seeking a dependable Warehouse Associate to join our Buffalo/Niagara region team. You will pick, pack, and prepare customer orders for shipment, receive deliveries, and maintain a clean, safe, and organized warehouse.

This role requires accuracy, strong attendance, a team-oriented mindset, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment. Forklift experience is a plus and basic computer skills help.

Qualifications

• Previous warehouse experience preferred.
• Forklift experience is a plus.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds regularly.

Responsibilities

• Pick, pack, and prepare customer orders accurately for shipment
• Receive, inspect, and unload incoming deliveries
• Verify incoming and outgoing products against packing slips and shipping documents
• Stock inventory and maintain organized warehouse locations
• Operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and other warehouse equipment (training provided if needed)
• Load and unload trucks safely and efficiently
• Assist with inventory counts and cycle counts
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe warehouse
• Follow all company safety procedures and warehouse best practices
• Work closely with customer service and operations teams to ensure timely order fulfillment
