Full Time and Part Time Career Opportunities

Product Support Associates are TEAM members within the Bob’s Discount Furniture organization and play a vital role by ensuring stores receive and stage merchandise in accordance with the Company’s core values and creative vision. They assist and enable stores to achieve sales expectations by working with Store Management and Visual Merchandising to maintain warehouse safety, showroom merchandising standards, receiving, and inventory guidelines, and performing day-to-day back-end operations according to established Company guidelines.

Job Responsibilities

• Receive and ship merchandise, observing all guidelines to limit shrink
• Stage Showroom and/or Outlet for merchandise receipt
• Assemble merchandise carefully to limit damage
• Prepare merchandise for shipping and coordinate customer pickups
• Assist in conducting inventory
• Exhibit The Bob’s Way in customer interactions
• Maintain safety standards
• Keep warehouse and showroom clean
• Assist with Café duties as directed
• Perform other duties as assigned

Required Qualifications

• Flexibility to work a 5-day retail schedule including nights, weekends, and most holidays
• Ability to work within teams and follow directions
• Effective communication and active listening skills
• Ability to move and lift objects
• Contribute to store success
