Job summary

Grimco, Inc. is seeking a Warehouse Associate to pick/pack orders, load/unload trucks, and handle ship/receive duties using RF scanners and WMS. You will keep precise inventory records and assist drivers to optimize deliveries.

The role requires lifting 70+ pounds, standing and moving throughout shifts, and a commitment to safety and accuracy. Great benefits and a collaborative team await.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of warehouse experience.
• Knowledge of WMS, printing ticket orders, MS Office, email and internet navigation.
• Ability to pass a criminal background screening.

Responsibilities

• Pick and pack orders for shipping to customers.
• Load and unload delivery trucks by hand and with a forklift.
• Ship and receive orders using RF scanners and WMS.
• Maintain accurate inventory records and documentation.
• Measure and cut custom size pieces using panel saw or roll slitter.
• Comply with OSHA standards and Grimco’s safety checklist.
• Assist couriers with loading, verify loads, and maximize delivery efficiency.
• Maintain warehouse equipment, trucks, and clean the facility.
