Job summary

Penske Logistics is seeking warehouse associates in New Jersey to join a safety-conscious, outgoing team. You will accurately pick products, lift 50–100 lbs, and operate forklifts or pallet jacks as needed, with a Monday–Friday night shift.

This role offers a base pay of $19 per hour plus a $1 shift differential, comprehensive benefits, and opportunities for growth within the organization.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent Preferred.
• No prior warehouse experience required but preferred.
• Proficient reading skills and ability to follow directions required.
• Ability to work independently, customer service, multi-tasking skills, organizational skills, flexible, excellent with numbers and time management skills required.
• Flexible to work overtime preferred.
• Regular, predictable, full attendance is an essential function of the job.

Responsibilities

• Accurately pick products by matching numbers.
• Lift 50lbs to 100lbs.
• OT is required.
• Electronically scan products using a warehouse management system.
• Follow all safety requirements.
• Select products by matching numbers and confirmed locations using voice headset.
• Stack cases of product from floor to pallet.
• Package or kit finished product for shipping (shrink wrap, boxing, labeling).
• Operate forklifts, pallet jacks and other warehouse equipment where applicable.
• Move items from warehouse to plant or to shipment locations as needed.
• Other tasks as assigned by supervisor.
