Job summary

Columbia Distributing Company is seeking a Warehouse Associate to support pre-picking and pallet placement for trucks. Team collaboration and accuracy in order fulfillment are essential to success.

The role operates mostly indoors with some outdoor work; candidates must be 18+ and capable of lifting up to 165 lbs. Responsibilities include shipping/receiving, replenishment, and safe handling of products.

Qualifications

• Experience/comfort working in a warehouse environment.
• Ability to read order sheets and follow packing instructions.
• Demonstrated safety mindset and punctuality.

Responsibilities

• Perform shipping, receiving, put-away, replenishment, picking, loading, rotation, check-in, repacking and security of products.
• Rotate products during receiving and replenishment.
• Participate in pre-picking and merchandising as needed.
• Maintain positive relationships with coworkers and supervisors.
• Adhere to safety, quality and productivity standards.
