Job summary

Columbia Distributing is seeking Night Warehouse Associates in Bend, OR. You will pick and prepare customer orders for our delivery team, using an electric pallet jack and other technology.

You’ll work indoors with occasional outdoor duties, and you must read and write English to follow safety rules and procedures. This full-time role emphasizes teamwork, accountability, and meeting deadlines while maintaining safety and quality standards.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

Job description

Night Warehouse Associates play a pivotal role at Columbia Distributing. They are responsible for picking and preparing customer orders accurately for our delivery team. Working as a team is a critical part of this position's success.

Primary Responsibilities

• Accurately pick customer orders using an electric pallet jack and/other provided technology
• Perform all duties related to shipping and picking picking-to-pallet of products
• Maintain safety, quality, and productivity standards
• Demonstrate positive, cooperative, and team-oriented behavior with co-workers, supervisors, managers consistent with those of the Company's Core Values at all times
• Complete all other tasks or projects as assigned

Compensation

• Actual compensation packages are based on a wide array of factors unique to each candidate, including but not limited to skill set, years and depth of experience, certifications, and specific location.
