Job summary

Andersen Corporation is seeking a Warehouse Associate to safely operate Powered Industrial Equipment (PIT), load, unload, and sort windows and doors. You will pick, scan, and stage orders accurately, while maintaining a clean warehouse and adhering to safety and PPE requirements.

Responsibilities include meeting productivity standards, participating in 5S housekeeping, and collaborating with multiple departments to support daily operations.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years of warehouse experience preferred.
• High school diploma, GED or equivalent.
• Basic (or intermediate) computer skills.
• English proficiency to read safety instructions and warehouse documents.
• Ability to access and understand information from systems/reports.
• Basic math skills.
• General knowledge of Lockout/Tagout.

Responsibilities

• Safely operate Powered Industrial Equipment (PIT).
• Load, unload, and sort windows and doors.
• Pick, scan, and stage customer orders accurately and damage-free.
• Maintain a clean, debris-free warehouse floor; participate in 5S housekeeping.
• Meet productivity standards and contribute to process improvements.
• Engage in problem-solving and cross-functional teamwork.
