Job summary

Andersen Corporation is hiring a Warehouse Associate in Garland, TX. The role focuses on safe, efficient operation of powered industrial equipment, loading and unloading windows and doors, and accurately picking and staging orders for shipment.

This position supports a team-oriented warehouse environment with emphasis on safety, quality, and continuous learning. Day shift duties and on-site work are required.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years of warehouse experience preferred.
• High school diploma, GED or equivalent.
• Basic (or intermediate) computer skills.
• English proficiency to read and understand safety instructions and warehouse documents.
• Basic math skills (addition/subtraction).
• Ability to access and understand information from systems/reports.
• Demonstrated communication and teamwork abilities.
• Must be able to operate a Powered Industrial Truck (PIT) safely.

Responsibilities

• Load, unload, and sort windows and doors efficiently.
• Pick, scan, and stage customer orders accurately and damage-free.
• Rotate through multiple duties and maintain a clean, organized warehouse.
• Operate and maintain PIT equipment (forklifts, walkie riders, pallet jacks, RF scanners).
• Meet productivity standards and support process-improvement initiatives.
• Follow safety protocols and wear required PPE at all times.
• Provide training to coworkers and collaborate with other departments.
