Job summary

Suburban Accessories in Neenah, WI is seeking a Warehouse Associate to pick, stock, stage orders, unload inbound deliveries, and maintain accurate bin locations. You will support FIFO and Dock-to-Stock processes while helping keep a safe, organized warehouse.

The role offers weekly pay, medical/dental/vision, 401K with company match, PTO, and opportunities for advancement within a family-owned company. Hours are Mon-Fri 7:30 am–4:00 pm, starting pay $20/hr depending on experience.

Qualifications

• Must be able to read, write, and speak English.
• Consistent work history and attendance.
• Reliable transportation required.
• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Forklift, part picker, and powered pallet jack experience preferred.
• Must pass background check and drug screen.

Responsibilities

• Receive, inspect, and stock inbound products following FIFO and Dock-to-Stock practices.
• Pick, stage, and load orders accurately for delivery.
• Process returns, resolve variances, and manage exception items.
• Perform cycle counts, inventory tasks, and support annual inventory.
• Maintain warehouse organization, cleanliness, and safety standards.
• Cross-train for other warehouse roles to improve team efficiency.
• Follow DRIVEN values and align with SAS mission.
