Job summary

Suburban Accessories in Dayton, OH is seeking an Inbound Warehouse Associate to offload inbound vendor products, verify against purchase orders, and stage items for efficient picking. The role runs Monday–Friday, 8:30am–5pm, with pay starting at $18 per hour based on experience.

Responsibilities include unloading trucks, stock rotation, cycle counts, and supporting quality control while maintaining safety standards.

Qualifications

• Must read, write, and speak English.
• Consistent work history and attendance record.
• Reliable transportation.
• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Forklift, parts picker, and powered pallet jack experience is preferred.
• Must meet company background check and drug screen requirements.

Responsibilities

• Unload vendor trucks, receive products, and verify against purchase orders.
• Inspect, stock, rotate, and restock inventory following FIFO and Dock-to-Stock practices.
• Maintain warehouse organization, cleanliness, and safety standards.
• Perform cycle counts, inventory checks, and resolve bin/part variances.
• Manage returns, trouble table items, and support quality control processes.
• Assist with order picking and cross-train across warehouse functions.
• Cross-train for other roles within the warehouse to maximize the efficiency of the team.
• Participate in physical inventory, daily huddles, and continuous improvement efforts.
• Adhere to Suburban Automotive Service’s DRIVEN values and align business practices to support the SAS mission and vision.
