Delaware Valley Floral Group LLC is seeking a Warehouse Associate — Order Picker / Packer for our Sewell, NJ facility. This full-time role supports order fulfillment, material handling, and shipping, with responsibilities including picking, packing, and pallet staging.

We offer a Monday–Thursday and Sunday schedule with a starting pay of $16.50–$18.00 per hour in a temperature-controlled environment. Previous warehouse experience is helpful; training is provided for dependable teammates.

About the Role

Delaware Valley Floral Group is looking for a Warehouse Associate — Order Picker / Packer to join our team in Sewell, NJ.

This full-time warehouse position supports a variety of activities within our order fulfillment, material handling, and shipping operations. Depending on business needs and the specific area of the warehouse, responsibilities may include order picking, packing, box picking, material handling, staging, and other warehouse support functions.

Previous warehouse experience is helpful, but we are willing to train candidates who are dependable, motivated, and ready to learn.

$16.50–$18.00 per hour | Full-Time | Sunday–Thursday | Afternoon Shift

What You’ll Do

• Pick customer orders accurately using RF scanners or paper pick tickets.
• Pack and prepare fresh floral orders for shipment while maintaining accuracy and product quality.
• Perform material handling activities, including moving completed orders, stacking boxes, shrink wrapping, and staging pallets for shipment.
• Use warehouse and material handling equipment safely and efficiently to move inventory throughout the facility.
• Read and verify product labels, pick tickets, order information, and other shipping documentation.
• Work efficiently in a fast-paced warehouse environment while meeting safety, quality, accuracy, and productivity expectations.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area.
• Support other warehouse activities as assigned based on operational needs.

Work Environment & Physical Requirements

This position works in a temperature-controlled warehouse and refrigerated cooler maintained at approximately 36°F to protect the quality and freshness of our floral products.

• Lift and move up to 50 pounds with or without reasonable accommodation.
• Stand and walk for extended periods.
• Bend, reach, twist, and move throughout the warehouse during the shift.
• Safely handle boxes, cases of flowers, pallets, and other inventory.
• Work comfortably in a refrigerated environment for the duration of the shift.

Compensation & Benefits

Pay:$16.50–$18.00 per hour

Other Information

Schedule:Full-time, Sunday–Thursday

Sunday:Approximately 12:00–1:00 PM start time

Monday–Thursday:Approximately 2:00–3:00 PM start time

Additional days/hours or adjustments to the daily start time may be required during holidays or periods of increased workload.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in a warehouse, distribution center, order fulfillment, order picking, packing, material handling, shipping, receiving, retail stockroom, grocery, production, or similar environment is helpful.
• Ability to learn warehouse procedures, equipment, and technology.
• Ability to accurately pick and pack customer orders.
• Ability to safely lift and move up to 50 pounds.
• Ability to work in a refrigerated warehouse environment maintained at approximately 36°F.
• Dependable attendance and a positive, respectful attitude.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining accuracy and safety.
• Previous experience using RF scanners, barcode scanners, pallet jacks, forklifts, or other warehouse equipment is a plus.
• Experience handling fresh flowers, food, produce, or other perishable products is a plus.
