Job summary

Commonwealth Building Materials, Inc. - Glen Allen is seeking a Warehouse Worker to support maintenance, shipping/receiving, storage, and delivery setup. You will prepare orders, pull materials, and help load/unload trucks to keep customer orders on time.

You must be comfortable lifting up to 50 lbs, standing for long periods, and following safety policies. Experience is preferred; the role includes benefits and overtime possibilities with a steady schedule.

Qualifications

• High school diploma preferred.
• 1–3 years of warehouse experience preferred.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand/walk for long periods.
• Strong safety and operational discipline.

Responsibilities

• Prepare orders by pulling materials and staging for pickup or delivery; load/unload trucks.
• Maintain inventory controls and accuracy to minimize damage.
• Organize the warehouse, manage bin locations, and ensure equipment is maintained.
