Job summary

White Cap is seeking a Warehouse Associate II in Virginia to safely operate a forklift, pick, pack and ship products, and record shipment data. You may work indoors or in the yard, lifting up to 50 pounds and contributing to a fast-paced distribution team.

The role targets candidates with 2-5 years of warehouse experience, forklift familiarity, and attention to detail, with a Monday–Friday schedule in the Richmond area. Virginia pay range is posted.

Qualifications

• 2–5 years of experience in warehouse operations.
• Forklift experience preferred.
• Spanish language proficiency a plus.

Responsibilities

• Safely operates a forklift to load, unload, and move merchandise.
• Picks, packs, and ships products to customers.
• Receives, counts, and records shipment information into the system.
• May work inside the warehouse or outside in the yard.
• Lifts and carries material up to 50 pounds.
• Performs other duties as assigned.
