Job summary

Commonwealth Building Materials, Inc. - Troy, VA is seeking a Warehouse Worker responsible for warehouse maintenance, shipping/receiving, product storage, and delivery setup.

Responsibilities include safety compliance, order preparation, inventory control, organization of the warehouse, forklift operation, and lifting up to 50 lbs.

Starting pay is $18.00 to $19.81 per hour with overtime eligibility and potential bonuses, car allowance, and travel reimbursement.

Qualifications

• High school diploma preferred; 1–3 years experience preferred.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and operate warehouse machinery.
• Strong safety and inventory control focus; able to work independently or in a team.
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Prepare orders and process requests for pickup or delivery.
• Load and unload trucks; maintain inventory accuracy.
• Maintain health and safety compliance.
• Operate a forklift when required.
