Job summary

Charlie’s Produce in Alaska is seeking a Warehouse Operations Associate to pick daily customer orders, stage pallets, and load trucks. The team handles up to 200 loads per week and focuses on accuracy and safe handling of wet and dry goods.

Qualifications

• 6 months to 1 year of prior warehouse work experience preferred.
• Must have basic math comprehension skills.
• Must be safety minded.
• Must be able to work scheduled shifts and overtime as needed.
• Ability to work on your own with a detailed list of tasks to accomplish during shift.

Responsibilities

• Pick daily customer orders according to pick ticket and headset.
• Place orders on pallets with proper stacking for safe transport and delivery.
• Stage completed pallets in loading area and load trucks as per schedule.
• Maintain warehouse and equipment in clean and orderly condition.
• All employees are responsible for food safety and report any issues.
