Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED or equivalent.
• Ability to work scheduled times and overtime.
• Ability to stand, walk, reach and lift repeatedly.
• Able to lift 10–35 pounds and up to 60–90 pounds depending on location.
• Work in multi-temperature environments (cooler, freezer, dry).
• Able to obtain forklift operation certification.
• Pass post-offer drug test and criminal background check.

Responsibilities

• Accurately and efficiently pick and pack product to established standards.
• Run scanning equipment.
• Pack orders per specifications.
• Meet productivity and quality standards.
• Identify mistakes, propose solutions, and provide timely feedback.
• Perform other related duties as assigned.
