Qualifications

• H.S. Diploma or GED or equivalent work experience preferred.
• Relevant experience in a warehouse, distribution, or manufacturing environment preferred.
• Successful completion of a post-offer criminal background check.
• Must provide proof of right to work in the U.S.
• Must be willing and able to work overtime as required, may include weekends.
• Must be able to provide regular and reliable attendance.
• Must have a positive, team-oriented attitude and a willingness to help others.
• Must be able and willing to be cross-trained and rotate through various warehouse functions.

Responsibilities

• Order Fulfillment: Accurately pick, pack, and prepare customer orders for shipment using RF scanners and equipment.
• Receiving & Put-Away: Receive, unload, and store incoming products in the warehouse management system.
• Inventory Control: Conduct cycle counts and audits to ensure accuracy; process customer returns.
• Material Handling: Safely operate pallet jacks and conveyors to move freight and materials.
• Safety & Organization: Maintain a clean, safe workspace following 5S and safety policies.
• General Duties: Adhere to company policies and perform other duties as assigned.
