Kenco Group is seeking a Warehouse Associate in Pflugerville, Texas. The role involves picking/packing orders, labeling for shipping, and inspecting products to meet packaging specs and regulatory standards. You may operate forklifts or order pickers and contribute to inventory accuracy.

The position emphasizes accuracy, safety, and adherence to SOPs, with opportunities to participate in cycle counts and maintain a clean workspace in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
• One year of experience in a warehouse or distribution environment preferred.
• Basic computer skills.
• Attention to detail.
• Pass Background and Drug Screen.
• Able to complete physical tasks (stooping, walking, lifting up to 50lbs).

Responsibilities

• Pick orders for shipment, ensuring correct quantity and type.
• Measure, weigh, and count products and materials.
• Operate forklift or order picker as needed.
• Pack orders for shipments by parcel, LTL, and TL carriers.
• Record product, packaging, and order information on forms/records.
• Affix shipping and tracking labels to boxes and pallets.
• Inspect containers, materials, and products for packing specs.
• Maintain clean, neat, orderly work area.
• Ensure outbound shipments are accurate and damage-free.
• Conduct quality inspections per SOPs.
• Participate in Inventory/Cycle Counts as needed.
