Job summary

Cencora in Kansas is seeking a Warehouse Associate to maintain shipping, receiving, and inventory records, and to route materials through the correct workflows to support timely processing. Responsibilities

• Maintains shipping, receiving, and inventory documentation to preserve complete and accessible operational records.
• Enters warehouse data to capture inventory movements, order status, and shipment activity accurately.
• Routes materials, orders, and exception items through the appropriate workflows to support timely processing.
• Prepares reports on inventory status, shipment activity, and recurring operational issues for routine review.
• Updates records related to stock balances, storage locations, and transaction activity to maintain control accuracy.
• Answers routine operational inquiries from internal and external contacts to provide status support and execution clarity.

• Certified Supply Chain Professional (CSCP), or equivalent certification preferred.
