Job summary

American Tire Distributors Inc. is seeking a Warehouse I in Portland, OR. Pay is $21.50/hour with a Monday–Friday shift and alternating Saturdays from 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM.

Responsibilities include picking, staging, moving tires up to 150 pounds, inventory tasks, and operating powered industrial vehicles in a safe manner. Qualifications include a High School or GED, 0–1 year of related experience, and skills in policy/procedures, storage, and verbal communication.

Responsibilities

• Operate equipment to assist in loading/unloading.
• Data entry of product number and placement for inventory accuracy.
• Assist in administrative tasks and warehouse closing procedures.
• Compile and submit reports on damaged/outdated stock, over/under shipments, returns to vendors.
• Load/unload delivery trucks; handle tires and heavier items with team lifting.
• Operate forklifts, pallet jacks, order pickers safely and maintain licenses.
• Organize stock by product line and ensure space for overflow.
• Perform routine maintenance and housekeeping; keep floors and bathrooms tidy.
• Verify incoming/outgoing quantities and report shortages.
