Job summary

American Tire Distributors is hiring for a part-time Warehouse I role in the United States. The position involves selecting and staging products, operating forklifts and pallet jacks, and ensuring inventory accuracy. You may lift up to 150 pounds, complete daily reports, and participate in periodic counts in a fast-paced warehouse.

Candidates should have a High School diploma or GED and 0–1 year of related experience. Data entry skills and safe driving/operating skills are preferred.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Operate equipment to assist in loading and unloading; data entry of product numbers and inventory placement.
• Assist in administrative tasks such as paperwork handling and warehouse closing procedures.
• Compile and submit reports on damaged or outdated stock, over/under shipments, and vendor returns.
• Data entry of product numbers, use of hand-held devices and product placement for inventory accuracy.
• Load and unload delivery trucks; manage tires and heavier items through rolling and team lifting.
• Operate forklifts, pallet jacks and order pickers safely and maintain licenses.
• Organize warehouse stock by product line and ensure adequate space for overflow.
• Perform routine facility maintenance and housekeeping; keep floors and bathrooms tidy.
• Verify incoming/outgoing quantities and report shortages; assist in periodic counts.
