The Salvation Army (TSA) Adult Rehabilitation Center (ARC) is a no-fee program to assist men & women in their journey to complete our rehabilitation program. Responsibilities of the Warehouse Associate:

1. Sorting product efficiently and properly according to TSA policy standards.
2. Providing Quality Assurance by inspecting products for defects and damages.
3. Identifying products correctly and directing them to the proper department for processing.
4. Collecting merchandise from the distribution center and safely transporting materials.
5. Performing other duties as assigned by the Production Manager, the Administrator, or their designated representative.

Qualifications:

• High School diploma or equivalent required.
• Demonstrated competency in relevant skills through verifiable training and/or experience.
• Ability to read, write, and follow written and verbal instructions.

Physical Demands:

• Ability to sit, walk, stand, bend, squat, climb, kneel, and twist regularly.
• Ability to grasp, push, pull objects.
• Ability to lift up to 75 lbs.
• Ability to perform repetitive motion tasks.

Schedule:

Work schedules are determined by management, and employees must be flexible to ensure adequate coverage. Full-time employees may work any shift, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Education: High School or Equivalent (required)

Experience: 2-3 years Warehouse Experience (required)
