Job summary

Staples is seeking a Warehouse Associate for our Beloit, WI facility. You will join a team to pick, restock, and prepare orders, while adhering to safety protocols. Roles include Order Picker, Restocker, Bulk Selector, and Custodian, with potential movement between tasks as needed.

We offer competitive pay at $20.60 per hour, and associates may earn additional compensation through productivity thresholds. Full-time and part-time benefits are available, with shoes provided after 60 days.

Qualifications

• Basic English language skills (verbal and written).
• Ability to lift, lower, push, pull, or carry product up to 70 pounds by hand.
• Must wear safety composite shoes.
• Ability to walk and stand 100% of the time.
• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Overtime may be required for full-time associates.

Responsibilities

• Maintain accuracy in picking and preparing customer orders to daily goals.
• Restock shelves and prepare work area for next shift.
• Select, pack, and move totes and merchandise with safety in mind.
• Perform cleaning and basic maintenance in the facility as needed.
