Job Details

Location: 100 Meadow Road, Hyde Park, MA 02136

Work Schedule: Monday-Friday, 3:00am-7:00am (Part-Time). NO WEEKENDS!

Type: Part-Time, Non-Exempt

Wage: Starts at $20.00/hour, with potential to increase to $23.00/hour

Qualifications

• 18+ years of age
• Ability to pass a drug test
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs, walk, move, push, and pull products throughout the day
• Willingness to train on operating forklifts, electric pallet jacks, or similar equipment

Preferred Experience

• Experience in fast-paced, productivity-driven environments
• Material Handling Equipment (MHE)/forklift experience
• Ability to understand written instructions

Job Responsibilities

• Operate material handling equipment to locate and deliver products and supplies
• Assist with staging and loading orders into trucks
• Verify incoming products for quality and quantity
• Pick items for customer orders and build pallets
• Inspect stock for wear and defects, report issues
• Return misplaced products to proper storage
• Maintain a clean and safe work environment
• Perform inventory control functions as needed

Work Environment

• Typically in a comfortable setting but with exposure to potential hazards like temperature extremes, machinery, loud noises, fumes
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs, stand for extended periods, and perform repetitive movements
• No travel required

Education & Experience

• HS Diploma or GED preferred; 2-5 years of relevant experience

Pay Range: $20.00 - $23.00 per hour
