SENKO Advanced Components, Inc. in Poway, CA is hiring a Warehouse Associate for an in-office, on-site role five days a week.

You will handle distribution, stockroom, shipping/receiving, and inventory control in a fast-paced environment. The position requires high school diploma, experience in shipping/receiving and ERP familiarity; strong organizational skills, data entry accuracy, and proficiency with MS Office.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.

Responsibilities

• Process daily sales orders: printing, labeling, picking, verification, documentation, and shipment preparation.
• Review RMAs and non-conforming materials monthly.
• Conduct quarterly reviews of operational errors to improve customer satisfaction.
• Support quality control and ISO documentation.
• Manage packaging materials inventory and improve packaging processes.
• Perform routine inventory counts and assist with accuracy initiatives.
• Maintain organized warehouse and proper storage/handling of products.
• Ensure tools/equipment are maintained and ready for use.
• Maintain safe, clean work environment per company standards.
• Prepare inbound/outbound shipment documentation.
• Participate in continuous improvement for efficiency and quality.
• Assist ISO compliance and QA documentation.
• Perform receiving activities and verify incoming shipments.
• Shrink-wrap palletized outbound shipments for safe transport.
