Role Overview The Warehouse Associate (Order Verification) is responsible for verifying customer orders against receiving reports or stock pull tickets, inspecting parts according to the Inspection Sampling Plan, resolving non-conformances, and ensuring the correct parts and quantities are shipped. The role involves verifying certifications, managing international orders, and collaborating with various departments to ensure accuracy and compliance.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify and verify completed customer orders with associated reports and certifications.
• Inspect parts and quantities, resolve non-conformances, and notify relevant departments.
• Manage and process orders, returns, and rework in EPDS.
• Handle documentation and maintain records of non-conforming products.
• Investigate shipment issues and undeliverable products.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED.
• Good verbal and written communication skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook.
• Strong problem-solving and organizational skills.
• Ability to lift up to 25 lbs.

Special Requirements

• U.S. Citizen, Green Card holder, or refugee/asylee as defined by law.
• Compliance with ITAR and EAR regulations, including providing verification documentation.
