What You'll Do

• Verify customer orders against incoming reports or stock pull tickets.
• Inspect parts for correct quantity and quality according to sampling plans.
• Resolve non-conformances by notifying relevant departments and supervisors.
• Generate or verify certifications for parts, including electro certifications and manufacturer’s certifications.
• Identify international and combined orders and manage their placement.

What You Bring

• High school diploma or GED.
• Effective verbal and written communication skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook.
• Strong problem-solving skills.
• Ability to lift up to 25 lbs.
• Excellent organizational skills and ability to multitask.

Special Requirements

• U.S. Citizen, Green Card holder, or refugee/asylee status as defined by 8 U.S.C. 1324b(a)(3).
• Compliance with ITAR regulations, including providing necessary documentation to verify U.S. person status.
