Job summary

Our Eaton facility in Omaha, NE is hiring a Warehouse Associate to join the team. The role focuses on warehouse tasks performed safely and efficiently, supporting pick/pack/ship activities, stock handling, and material movement within the facility.

The position operates on a 6:30am–3:00pm, Monday–Friday schedule, with compensations ranging from $18.00 to $25.92 per hour depending on experience. Benefits programs are offered by the site.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent from an accredited institution.
• Valid driving license required to operate company vehicles (including powered industrial vehicles)
• No relocation benefit offered; candidates within 50-mile radius of Omaha considered; active-duty military service members exempt from distance rule.
• Eaton will not sponsor immigration or related legal work authorization programs.

Responsibilities

• Pick, pack, and ship product.
• Verify product, product numbers, and quantity for order accuracy.
• Load and unload trucks/containers.
• Receive and process stock and materials.
• Stock the warehouse and rotate/replenish inventory.
• Maintain a safe and clean work environment.
• Identify missing, lost, or damaged materials.
• Deliver materials between buildings.
• Adhere to all safety policies and procedures.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
