Job summary

Vision Technologies Inc. is seeking a Warehouse/Delivery Associate in North Carolina to handle receiving, data entry, and deliveries using a 26′ box truck.

The role supports project teams, maintains inventory, and ensures accurate shipment processing in a fast-paced warehouse environment. Ideal candidates will hold a Medical DOT Card, have experience driving large trucks, a clean driving record, and strong communication skills.

Qualifications

• Strong communication and organizational skills are required.
• Ability to prioritize and self-manage in a fast-paced environment.
• Familiarity with Microsoft Office Windows-based software, especially Excel.

Responsibilities

• Receiving material shipments and unloading trucks.
• Entering receipt data and product information into accounting system.
• Making deliveries with large box trucks (up to 26′).
• Delivering large equipment to job sites.
• Pulling stock material and staging for projects.
• Preparing and processing outgoing shipments.
• Assisting Operations with signing out materials for projects.
• Participating in monthly and annual inventory counts.
• General warehouse/office maintenance.
• Driving forklift.
