Job summary

Vision Technologies Inc is seeking a warehouse/logistics associate to handle shipments, data entry, and material handling in our Maryland operations. The role involves receiving shipments, documenting receipts, and ensuring accurate inventory records.

You will operate a 26′ truck, drive a forklift, assist with inventory counts, and support project teams with timely delivery and documentation. A DOT card, clean driving record, and HS diploma are required.

Qualifications

• DOT medical card required.
• Experience driving large trucks and pulling trailers.
• Clean driving record and ability to obtain a DOT card.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• Familiarity with Microsoft Office Windows-based software, especially Excel.

Responsibilities

• Receive material shipments and unload delivery trucks.
• Enter receipt data and product information into accounting system.
• Deliveries with large box trucks up to 26′.
• Deliver large equipment to job sites.
• Pull stock material and stage for projects.
• Prepare and process outgoing shipments.
• Assist Operations with signing out materials for projects.
• Participate in monthly and annual inventory counts.
• General warehouse/office maintenance.
• Driving forklift.
