DreamLine, part of American Bath Group, is seeking an Operations Associate in Warminster, PA. The role supports daily warehouse operations including receiving, putaway, picking, packing, staging, and shipment of products.

The ideal candidate is detail‑oriented, dependable, and safety‑minded, with forklift (high reach) experience, RF scanner proficiency, and the ability to work independently or within a team. This position offers competitive hourly pay, benefits, and opportunities for growth.

Qualifications

• One year of warehouse experience required.
• Two years of High Reach forklift experience required.
• Ability to read and interpret shipping documents and inventory reports.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Effective verbal and written communication.
• Ability to work independently and in a team.
• Basic computer skills and RF scanner experience.
• High School Diploma or GED required.

Responsibilities

• Unload inbound shipments and verify quantities against packing slips and POs.
• Inspect incoming materials for damage and discrepancies.
• Move and store inventory in designated locations.
• Stock and organize products; track movements with RF scanners and Sage.
• Pick, pack, label, and stage orders for shipment.
• Operate forklifts and other equipment when certified.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment.
• Participate in safety meetings and continuous improvement initiatives.
