We are seeking a Warehouse Associate for our warehouse in Yonkers, New York, to join our Design & Supply Chain team. This role offers an excellent opportunity for career growth within a fast-paced, high-performing environment managing our global supply chain.

What You Will Focus On
  • Oversee inbound and outbound logistics independently, including staging goods and ensuring timely, accurate flow of furniture and home furnishings.
  • Load, unload, and stage large, heavy goods from delivery trucks and shipments, pick orders with attention to detail, and maintain organization using warehouse systems.
  • Manage inventory and space, store products in designated locations, maintain stock accuracy, and initiate projects to optimize efficiency.
  • Provide training, guidance, and support to team members or temporary staff during high-capacity periods, ensuring high operational standards.
  • Prepare and repair products meticulously, uphold cleanliness, and ensure safety standards are met according to company policies and regulations.
  • Collaborate with other departments to streamline processes and participate in delivery runs to connect with the team.
Requirements
  • Ability to give frequent, direct feedback verbally and in writing.
  • Proficient with warehouse procedures and policies.
  • 3+ years of experience in a warehouse lead role managing hourly employees.
  • Effective communication skills across all levels of the organization.
  • Computer proficiency (G Suite, Slack) and familiarity with warehouse management systems (WMS) and delivery software.
  • Decision-making, problem-solving, prioritization skills, and the ability to lead in a fast-paced environment.
  • Leadership qualities: motivate, mentor, coach, give effective feedback, and influence teams.
  • Bilingual skills (English and Spanish) are a plus.
  • Physical ability to perform demanding tasks such as lifting heavy furniture and operating warehouse equipment safely.
