Job summary

Motive Workforce in San Francisco, CA is seeking a Warehouse Clerk on the first shift (6 AM to 2:30 PM) for full-time or temp-to-hire opportunities. The role supports fleet, dispatch, shipping, and inventory under the Warehouse Operations Manager.

The ideal candidate is organized, hands-on, and comfortable in a bilingual English/Spanish environment. DOE pay is $19/hour with room to grow as operations scale.

Responsibilities

• Audit and file daily truck inspections and report any safety or damage concerns immediately.
• Assist with small repairs (replace headlights, wipers, etc.) and coordinate fleet maintenance.
• Maintain fleet tracking, route reports, and registration information using SharePoint and Geotab.
• Manage crew supplies: track, order, organize, and maintain safety stock.
• Conduct weekly cycle counts for non-inventory items.
• Assist receiving with tagging and entering new inventory into the system.
