Job summary

Motive Companies, LLC in San Leandro, CA is seeking a reliable Warehouse Clerk to support fleet, dispatch, shipping and inventory operations on first shift. This temporary-to-hire role pays $19/hour DOE and is on-site in NorCal San Leandro.

You will audit truck inspections, assist with fleet maintenance, manage inventory and coordinate with the Warehouse Operations Manager. Strong Excel/Outlook skills and bilingual English/Spanish are a plus.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of warehouse experience (dispatch, fleet, or inventory management preferred).
• Proficiency in Excel, Word, Outlook, and data entry systems.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
• Strong multitasking ability and a can-do attitude.
• Bilingual English/Spanish preferred (¡Se valora mucho que hables español!).

Responsibilities

• Audit and file daily truck inspections and report any safety or damage concerns immediately.
• Assist with small repairs (replace headlights, wipers, etc.) and coordinate fleet maintenance.
• Maintain fleet tracking, route reports, and registration information using SharePoint and Geotab.
• Manage crew supplies: track, order, organize, and maintain safety stock.
• Conduct weekly cycle counts for non-inventory items.
• Assist receiving with tagging and entering new inventory into the system.
