IPS Packaging & Automation is seeking a Warehouse Associate for Fort Worth, TX, with a daytime schedule (Monday–Friday, 8 AM–5 PM). The role supports receiving, storing, tracking, and shipping products to keep businesses moving.

Requires 2+ years in warehouse or production, forklift and RF scanner experience, and strong organizational and teamwork skills. Safety shoes are required; full-time daytime schedule with benefits is offered.

Job Summary

Reporting to the Distribution Center Manager, the Distribution Center Associate supports daily warehouse operations, including receiving, storing, tracking, and shipping products accurately and efficiently.

What We're Looking For

2+ years of warehouse or production experience

Forklift and RF scanner experience required

Experience loading/unloading trailers and processing orders

Strong organizational, communication, and teamwork skills

Safety shoes required
