Job summary

IPS Packaging & Automation is hiring a Warehouse Associate in Fort Worth, TX for a full-time, daytime schedule (8 AM–5 PM, Monday–Friday). The role involves supporting daily warehouse operations such as receiving, storing, tracking, and shipping products accurately and efficiently.

Ideal candidates have 2+ years of warehouse or production experience, forklift and RF scanner skills, and strong organizational and teamwork abilities. Safety shoes are required.

Location: Fort Worth, TX

Pay: $19/hour | Monday–Friday, 8 AM–5 PM

Reporting to the Distribution Center Manager, the Distribution Center Associate supports daily warehouse operations, including receiving, storing, tracking, and shipping products accurately and efficiently.

What We're Looking For

2+ years of warehouse or production experience

Forklift and RF scanner experience required

Experience loading/unloading trailers and processing orders

Strong organizational, communication, and teamwork skills

Safety shoes required
