Job summary

Packer Fastener is seeking a Warehouse Associate to join our Kansas City team in Lenexa. You will support daily warehouse tasks including order fulfillment, packing, shipping, receiving, and inventory control while following safety and standard operating procedures.

Work under supervision, learn processes, and contribute to our swagger-driven culture. Eligible for benefits and growth opportunities within the company.

Qualifications

• Must have a valid driver’s license and acceptable driving record.
• Forklift certification is required.
• Must be able to learn and use NetSuite hardware/software.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and perform repetitive material handling.

Responsibilities

• Accurately fills customer orders following established processes.
• Uses scan gun, scale, knife, tape gun, and stapler to fulfill orders.
• Collaborates with receiving and shipping to ensure smooth DC operations.
• Performs picking, packing, shipping, kitting, and receiving duties as needed.
• Maintains a clean, safe, and organized work area and reports issues to supervision.

Packer Fastener is looking for our next Warehouse Associate to join our Kansas City team!The Warehouse Associate I supports daily warehouse operations by performing basic material handling, order fulfillment, and inventory tasks. This role requires execution of standard warehouse tasks under supervision, learning processes, safety, and systems.
