Job summary

Charlie’s Produce is seeking a Warehouse Associate for night shifts in Oregon. You will pick customer orders, repack and prepare orders for shipping, and stage pallets for loading. This role emphasizes safety, accuracy, and efficiency in a fast-paced warehouse environment.

Responsibilities include loading trucks, documenting items, and keeping the warehouse tidy. Must lift up to 50 lbs and work overtime when needed. This is a safety-sensitive position with standard warehouse duties.

The Role:

Pick customer orders while checking for quality. Help repack product and prepare order for shipping.

Essential Responsibilities Include, but Not Limited To:

Place orders on pallets with special consideration given to maximizing product care, taking into account wet vs. dry goods and proper stacking to ensure safe transport and delivery to customer.

• Stage completed pallets in loading area.
• Load trucks as determined by delivery schedule.
• Pick short sheets as assigned.
• Complete necessary paperwork of items put away.
• Maintain warehouse and equipment in clean and orderly condition.
• Other duties as assigned.

Required Experience:

• Excellent communication skills and detail oriented.
• Must have basic math comprehension skills.
• Must be safety minded.
• Must be able to work scheduled shifts and overtime as needed.
• Must be able to lift/push/pull up to 50lbs consistently.
• Ability to work on your own with a detailed list of tasks to accomplish during shift.

This is a safety-sensitive position.
