• Pay: $17.00/hour + performance incentives (based on experience; discussed during interview)
• Days: Sunday - Thursday
• Shift: Starts at 3pm until work completion (flexible start times available, to be discussed with Hiring Manager)

Position Purpose

Warehouse associates are essential to our success, working actively, safely, and independently to ensure efficient product flow and quality standards.

Primary Responsibilities

The Warehouse Person moves and tracks inbound, outbound, and stored products, including offloading, stocking, selecting, and replenishing.

Specific Duties

• Receive inbound merchandise and locate proper storage
• Restock order pick and flow lines
• Ensure proper placement and quantities of products
• Maintain attention to detail in all areas of the warehouse
• Transfer merchandise to appropriate locations and consolidate as needed
• Pack products securely and mark cartons/totes appropriately
• Safely move and track products within the warehouse
• Maintain inventory accuracy
• Pull orders based on delivery routes
• Record received or distributed materials
• Perform end-of-shift tasks like charging equipment
• Keep workstation organized and return supplies to proper places
• Follow safety policies and report unsafe conditions
• Perform other duties as assigned

Qualifications

• High School Diploma/GED or equivalent
• Ability to work scheduled hours and overtime
• Able to stand, walk, reach, and lift repeatedly (10-90 pounds)
• Able to work in multi-temperature environments
• Ability to obtain certifications for powered equipment (e.g., forklift)
• Pass drug test and background check
