Job summary

1A Auto is seeking a Warehouse Associate to join our high-growth e-commerce team in Nashua, NH. You will pick, pack and ship orders, perform material handling, and help maintain accurate inventory while following safety rules.

Schedule is Monday-Thursday from 5:00 PM to 3:30 AM. We offer competitive pay (up to $23/hour) with a $1 night shift differential, medical and dental insurance from day 1, disability coverage and generous PTO. Join us to contribute to quality service and strong teamwork.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Minimum one year of direct warehouse experience is preferred.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and perform physical tasks in a warehouse environment.

Responsibilities

• Pick, Pack & Ship orders.
• Material handling including receiving, unloading, stocking shelves and inventory cycle counts.
• Observe established rules or policies to ensure quality of work.
• Operate in compliance with safety regulations.

Warehouse Associate Pay and Benefits:

• Pay up to $23/hr. + $1.00 shift differential while working nights
• Quarterly profit-sharing bonus

What You’ll Do as a Warehouse Associate:

• Pick, Pack & Ship
• Material handling (including, but not limited to: receiving, unloading, and stocking shelves & inventory cycle counts).

Warehouse Associate Work Environment:

• State of the art facilities utilizing RF technology
• The company emphasizes quality and safety over speed.
• Physical requirements - Significant walking through warehouse and some heavy lifting (up to 50lbs.) required.

Warehouse Associate Requirements:

High school diploma or general education degree (GED); and minimum one year of direct warehouse experience.
