Job summary

Cencora, Inc. in Mansfield, MA is seeking a Warehouse Associate for the night shift to support AmerisourceBergen distribution operations. You will pick, pack, stock, and prepare orders for outbound shipping in a climate-controlled facility located in Massachusetts.

The role requires lifting up to 50 lbs, standing for long periods, and the ability to read English. Shifts include Sundays 3pm until finish and Mondays–Thursdays 5pm until finish, with overtime as needed.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Prior warehouse or distribution experience preferred (1 year or less).
• Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs and stand/walk long hours.
• Ability to read/understand English and follow instructions.

Responsibilities

• Order fulfillment including stocking, picking, packing, and outbound shipping.
• Perform daily cycle counts and research discrepancies.
• Use equipment to track, verify products for distribution.
• Maintain clean work area to prevent injuries.

Overtime maybe required**Pay starting** at $21.50 with potential for up to $27.07 based on a variety of earning opportunities including shift differentials, performance incentives, and referral bonuses.**Sign on Bonus!** $2,000 sign on bonus**Responsibilities:*** Order fulfillment – stocking, restocking, picking and packing, and outbound shipping of customer orders.* Perform daily cycle counting and researching discrepancies.* Use equipment to track, monitor and verify products for distribution.* Maintain a clean work area to keep pharmaceutical products and merchandise clean and help prevent work related injuries.* Verify product received against receiving documents, notes and reports discrepancies and any obvious damages (dependent on shift assignment).**Education:*** High school diploma or equivalent**Important Skills:*** Able to work in climate-controlled facility.* Ability to read and understand the English language* Able to work in a fast-paced environment while meeting distribution standards.* Motivated, hard-working and dependable; attendance and punctuality are very important.* Able to work the shift hours listed above, plus overtime.
