Responsibilities

• Train warehouse associates in duties and responsibilities and safety per SOPs.
• Process inbound, outbound, and internal warehouse activities to support product movement and order fulfillment.
• Prepare shipments, packaging materials, and staging areas to meet handling requirements and dispatch timelines.
• Reconcile inventory discrepancies, stock movements, and transaction variances to preserve inventory integrity.
• Monitor stock levels, storage conditions, and workflow status to identify replenishment needs and service risks.
• Investigate damaged shipments, handling issues, and process exceptions to determine causes and resolution.
• Document shipment status, inventory updates, and operational exceptions to maintain warehouse visibility.

Associate's degree in supply chain management, logistics, operations, business administration, or a related field, or equivalent experience preferred. **Work Experience:** * 3+ years of experience in warehouse support, distribution operations, shipping, receiving, inventory control, material handling, or a related field required.* Certified Supply Chain Professional (CSCP), or equivalent certification preferred. **Skills and Knowledge:** * Certified Supply Chain Professional (CSCP), or equivalent certification preferred.* Knowledge in warehouse operations across receiving, storage, picking, packing, shipping, and returns.* Knowledge in inventory control principles, stock reconciliation, and transaction accuracy.* Knowledge in shipment preparation, product handling, and storage condition requirements.* Knowledge in warehouse documentation, record maintenance, and operational reporting.* Knowledge in safety, loss prevention, and warehouse control practices.* Ability to review and verify inventory, shipment, and operational data with accuracy.* Ability to identify, investigate, and resolve routine and moderately complex operational issues.* Ability to communicate clearly with internal stakeholders on shipment status, stock issues, and operational requirements.
