Job summary

AmerisourceBergen in Denver, CO is hiring a Senior Warehouse Associate to support distribution services. You will verify transportation and storage details, update systems, track inventory, and prepare dispatch documentation. The role requires a HS diploma and 2+ years in warehouse operations.

Shift is Monday–Friday 7:00am–3:30pm with a pay rate of $23.50/hr and a $2,000 sign-on bonus. CSCP certification is preferred but not required.

Qualifications

• Requires a High School Diploma or GED.
• 2+ years in warehouse support, distribution, shipping/receiving, inventory control, or related field.
• CSCP or equivalent certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Verifies transportation, receipt, storage, and shipment information.
• Updates warehouse and logistics systems with transaction details.
• Tracks fleet activity, shipment progress, and inventory movement.
• Prepares dispatch, shipping, receipt, and related documentation.
• Reviews routine exceptions involving deliveries, returns, inventory discrepancies, or vehicle availability.
• Confirms handling, storage, and movement requirements to support traceability.

Mandatory local laws shall also prevail.**Responsibilities:*** Verifies transportation, receipt, storage, and shipment information to support accurate movement of products and fleet-related assets.* Updates warehouse and logistics systems with transaction details, status changes, and operational records to preserve data integrity.* Tracks fleet activity, shipment progress, and inventory movement to support schedule adherence and timely issue identification.* Prepares dispatch, shipping, receipt, and related documentation to enable accurate transaction processing.* Reviews routine exceptions involving deliveries, returns, inventory discrepancies, or vehicle availability and routes unresolved issues.* Confirms handling, storage, and movement requirements to support traceability, loss prevention, and fulfillment continuity.**Education:*** High School Diploma/GED or equivalent experience required.**Work Experience:*** 2+ years of experience in warehouse support, distribution operations, shipping, receiving, inventory control, material handling, or a related field required.* Certified Supply Chain Professional (CSCP), or equivalent certification preferred.**Skills and Knowledge:*** Knowledge in fleet operations administration and transportation support processes.* Knowledge in warehouse operations including receiving, storage, order preparation, shipment processing, and inventory movement.* Knowledge in logistics documentation, transaction controls, and operational record maintenance.* Knowledge in warehouse and transportation systems used for status updates, tracking, and transaction processing.* Knowledge in loss prevention, material handling, and operational control requirements.* Ability to process routine and moderately complex operational activities within established procedures.* Ability to identify causes of routine operational issues, analyze basic data, and support issue resolution.* Ability to maintain accurate operational records and transaction visibility across logistics workflows.* Ability to communicate with internal and external contacts to obtain or provide operational information of moderate importance.* Ability to support continuous improvement changes in systems and processes within defined guidelines.**Ce qu’AmerisourceBergen offre** Nous offrons une rémunération globale concurrentielle.
