Warehouse Associate Nights

The team member in this position checks trucks in and out using WMS and is responsible for the quality and efficiency of trailer loading/unloading, including pallet handling. The team member will operate a forklift or work with the LGV (Laser Guided Vehicle) and handling system. This includes checking outbound trailers prior to loading, monitoring all LGV activity, following SOPs to maintain inventory accuracy, prepping loads for shipments, and maintaining a clean, safe work environment.

Essential Functions
  1. Receive all inbound orders into WMS: spring water, resin, materials, deliveries, water transfer, etc.
  2. Rebuild damaged pallets prior to restock.
  3. Process RMAs.
  4. Consolidate finished goods storage for maximum capacity.
  5. Identify and report quality issues with finished goods and RMS.
  6. Validate new SKUs in WMS for proper storage and handling.
  7. Correct LGV alarms.
  8. Monitor loads and unload finished goods and raw materials using a forklift.
  9. Maintain pallet storage area; offload pallets from trailers and stage for LGV pickup.
  10. Handle product spills.
  11. Manually pull pallets as needed.
  12. Supply production with non-inventory items.
  13. Manage air bag loads.
  14. Clear blocked locations in WMS.
  15. Operate a forklift when needed.
  16. Facilitate information flow between logistics, production, and sales.
  17. Test and monitor resin and spring water.
  18. Coordinate preload activities, including trailer inspection.
  19. Check in trucks and communicate loading instructions.
  20. Provide loading documents, bills of lading, and seals.
  21. Maintain records for shipping and inventory control.
  22. Participate in process improvements and cost reduction.
  23. Maintain a clean, orderly, and safe warehouse.
  24. Ensure regular attendance.
  25. Answer and make phone calls professionally.
  26. Coordinate with transportation and scheduling to ensure timely shipments.

Qualifications

Minimum Qualifications: High School Diploma or equivalent.

Preferred Qualifications: Associate's Degree, 2 years experience in similar environment, and managing people/projects.
